Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 channels, 30 scheduled posts at a time, 10 AI credits every month and a Gecko Page. No credit card needed.
Which networks can I post to?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, Telegram channels and Viber channels. Some are waiting on each platform's review, and we show that openly on each integration page.
Can SendGecko get me more likes or followers?
No, and be wary of any tool that says it can. SendGecko doesn't buy followers or like things for you, and the networks penalize accounts that do. It helps you post on time and more regularly, fits each post to its network, and shows which posts and times worked so you can do more of those.
Which numbers will I see?
Whatever each network shares through its official API. On most that's views, likes, comments, shares and saves. Some share less: Telegram doesn't give post views to apps, and Discord webhooks give nothing at all. The numbers start rolling out right after launch, and the analytics page lists every network.
Do you post automatically?
Yes. When the time comes we publish through each network's official API. If something goes wrong (like an expired login), we tell you right away and never post twice.
Do you take a cut of my brand deals?
No. You pay for your plan and that's it. Brands pay you directly, and SendGecko never touches that money.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on Creator and up. Add a key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek or OpenRouter. We check it, store it encrypted and only ever show the last 4 characters.
Is my data safe?
Sign-in uses passkeys or one-time email codes, so there's no password to leak. Network tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest, and we only use official APIs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of the period, then move to the Free plan. Your posts stay safe.
Can I get a refund?
Paid plans aren't refunded once a billing period starts, which is why there's a free plan and a free Pro trial with no card needed: try everything first. You can cancel any time and keep your paid features until the period ends. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw, we honor it. The details are in our Terms.
