These follow Instagram's current rules. The composer checks them live, so posts don't get rejected.

What you can measure

  • Views and reach for posts and Reels
  • Likes, comments, shares and saves
  • Follower growth

These come straight from Instagram's official API. You see what Instagram shares and nothing it keeps to itself. The numbers start rolling out right after launch.

Connect Instagram in under a minute

  1. 1In SendGecko, open Settings → Channels and pick Instagram.
  2. 2Sign in on Instagram's own page and approve access. We never see your password.
  3. 3Choose your Instagram professional account and you're ready to post.

Good to know

  • Works with free Creator and Business accounts. Personal accounts can switch in a minute.
  • Up to 100 posts per account every 24 hours (Instagram's limit).
  • Instagram reviews every new app before it can publish for everyone. We've applied and will open Instagram as soon as it's approved.

Instagram questions

Is the Instagram scheduler free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you connect Instagram and keep up to 15 posts scheduled at a time. Paid plans remove that limit and add more AI credits.
Do you post to Instagram automatically?
Yes. At the time you pick, we publish through Instagram's official API. If anything goes wrong, you get a clear message and a one-click retry. We never post twice.
Is it safe to connect Instagram?
We never see your Instagram password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect anytime from SendGecko or from Instagram itself.
